Refund Policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so, provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 14 days has lapsed, we can’t offer you a refund.

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

- Product is defective
- Product is not as described
- Product must be unopened
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must be unused
- Product must not be damaged

In order to ensure the above criteria have been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Once we have received the product back and checked against the above criteria, we will process the refund. The refund will include any shipping cost paid by the purchaser.

We will process the refund using the same form of payment used to make the original purchase.

 

Proof of purchase & Return process

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase sent to returns@minestack.com. We will then reply by email or telephone to inform you that your return has satisfied our criteria. In addition, we will email you the shipping instructions, the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and the prepaid shipping label.

Please note that we need the aforementioned proof of purchase to issue a refund but we will provide you with a store credit instead.
 

Shipping items

In order to return an order, you must first have received the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will only be accepted with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization. You will receive a prepaid shipping label from our returns department.

You must attach a pre-paid return shipping label to the package and mail it to the address on the shipping label. You will not need to pay for shipping.

You must ensure that the goods are properly packaged so they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product are found to be damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to inspect it reasonably, then we may reject a refund.

All refunds will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Used Products

All used products must go directly back to the manufacturer under warranty. Please contact the manufacturer's website or contact us. We will be happy to help you.
